3 Ways to Put an End to Overwhelm

This week's topic is one that has affected all of us at one point or another...OVERWHELM!  

There were three great reminders for all of us in this episode of KeliTV:
  1. Make yourself a Priority.
  2. Don't be afraid to ask for help.
  3. Listen to your "inner knowing".

Making yourself a priority means putting in place your self care practice, and committing to take care of your body, emotions, mind, and spirit every day BEFORE you do anything else.

When you are feeling overwhelmed, ask for help! People love to feel valuable, and asking them for help or support is allowing them to be valuable to you. Remember...sometimes the greatest gift you can give, is allowing someone else to give to you.

The bottom line is you only feel overwhelmed when you have become disconnected from your "inner knowing", and the only way to reconnect is by taking the time to nurture your body, emotions, mind, and spirit every day.
