WholeBody Self Care Exercises

Ever wish you could find the perfect exercises that would take away all of your aches and pains, help you create abs & buns of steal, all while lulling you into a peaceful state of tranquility...? Oh, and did I mention no sweating? 

I recently had the distinct pleasure of participating in a continuing education class for my massage license that introduced me to the existence of these very exercises! And today must be your lucky day, because I am sharing them with you in today's KeliTV episode. So throw on some comfy clothes, and grab a mat or a towel, because you are about to experience some wholebody movement magic!
Don't you love it??? I have been spending about fifteen to twenty minutes daily playing with these movements and the results have been phenomenal. I even notice on days when I've been sitting for a long time, my body wants to do a second set of the movements!
