Are you aware of the emotional connection to health...? Too much worry can affect digestion. Holding in your emotions can lead to constipation. Anger causes stress on the liver. Bitterness affects the heart. Not speaking your truth can show up as a sore throat. Immune system issues indicate you aren't feeling unconditionally loved. And the list goes on... That is why I find journaling so helpful! Every morning I acknowledge and release the emotions that are present into the pages of my journal so that I can find my way back to love. Love holds the same vibratory pattern as vibrant health.
