![]() I actually get asked this question more often than you would think. Clients, friends, or family members reach out to me looking for help and guidance on their healing paths. And it always starts like this… “I have been doing everything right. Eating well, sleeping good, taking my herbs/supplements, drinking plenty of water but I still feel like poop!” This is the deal...if you have been doing everything you know how to do physically to help your body heal itself but you are still sick, it is NOT a physical issue! Actually, the very last place that symptoms occur is on the physical level and again, those are only symptoms of a much deeper issue. The truth is that when your body, emotions, and mind are out of alignment with your Spirit then you will have “symptoms”. It could be physical symptoms like pain, illness, disease, discomfort, or distress in any area of your body. Or the symptoms could show up emotionally as anger, resentment, fear, burnout, grief, discouragement, or a number of other emotions that carry a lower vibrational pattern. Or it may even show up as thoughts that are based in fears, doubts, and limiting beliefs. ALL of these symptoms are a sign that you have become out of alignment with your Spirit. So how do you correct that? By making your connection to spirit an integral part of your daily self-care practice. And if you don’t have a self-care practice, start putting one in place right now! It can be whatever it is that soothes your soul and has you feel connected to something bigger than yourself. It could be reading something that inspires you, being out in nature, dancing in your living room, journaling, listening to a guided meditation, lighting candles and incense and sitting quietly listening to music, taking a bubble bath, playing in your garden. Anything that lifts your spirit and consciousness will work. When you take time to nurture your Spirit you connect within to a place of inner peace, stillness, and ease. As your inner bliss grows you will find that your mind starts focusing on what you love and are grateful for, you feel more content and peaceful in the moment, and your body relaxes into its natural state of healing. This is the power of aligning your body, emotions, and mind with Spirit. If you would like some support in this area, I have a fabulous free class 3 Steps to Mastering Meditation that will help you in aligning yourself with Spirit. Enjoy! With love & light, Keli ![]() My friend’s daughter was rushed to the hospital because they feared she was having a stroke. Luckily they found that she did not and that it was labyrinthitis and Bell’s Palsy. The combination of the two had caused temporary blindness. The daughter is devastated. She is depressed and crying most of the time, feeling lost and overwhelmed, and completely dependent on her mom for everything. One of my dear friends was in a severe car accident which caused a spinal cord injury. The doctors diagnosed her with quadriplegia. This beautiful yoga teacher found herself confined to a wheelchair. However she knew that this was not her fate and simply an opportunity for her to connect with the healer within. After a couple of weeks she had regained movement in her arms and upper body. A few weeks later she was experiencing movement in her toes. As of today she is relearning how to walk and getting stronger every day. My question is why is one woman suffering over a temporary condition while the other is thriving in spite of a supposedly permanent condition? Because one of these women had a CLEAR VISION of the outcome she desired. She could see her future self walking, dancing, doing yoga, and having full control of every muscle of her body. She could feel the joy and contentment of being able to use her body to express herself. And she knew with certainty that with God she could do anything...and what she was going to do is heal her body. And she is! The other woman however is feeling lost and confused at the moment. She is seeing her affliction as something that is happening to her instead of seeing the truth...this is happening for her. Even the things that seem the most difficult or challenging are happening so that we can become who our soul came here to be. The loss of vision is simply a sign that she doesn’t have a clear vision for who she wants to be, what she wants to do, and what she wants to create with her life...and that’s okay. But perhaps she’s being given this time to let go of everything outside of her and connect within to what her heart truly desires and to create a vision for her life. She’s being given this time to decide her reasons for living. How exciting is that? As humans we spend so much time suffering over what is happening instead of enjoying the opportunity to learn, grow, and expand in our consciousness. And that usually happens when we have forgotten that we are spiritual beings having a human experience and have begun to believe we are human beings trying to fit into this physical world. You can’t and you never will because you were never meant to fit in. You were meant to shine as brightly as the stars in the sky in your own unique and beautiful way. What I see with my clients is that they spend a lot of time suffering because they are looking at things from a physical perspective instead of from a spiritual perspective...and that perspective gets us nowhere fast! However sometimes just a simple change of perspective can move you out of suffering and into inspired action in a flash. And then the miracles can begin… If you have been suffering and could use some love and support please don’t hesitate to reach out. I am here to help. With love & light, Keli ![]() I have always had a love/hate relationship with board games. On one hand, I love coming together to play, have fun, and enjoy each other's company. But on the other hand, I hate it when the fun of the game turns into the kill of the competition. I can remember family games of Monopoly as a child. How I loved playing with my older brother and sister...at first. But inevitably it would turn into a war of sorts between the two of them and I would find an excuse to leave the game and retreat back into my own little peaceful world of Barbies and stuffed animals. I have had that same experience over and over again in this lifetime. I can remember starting new jobs and working with teams of people that I loved and enjoyed. But sooner or later the competing would start and things would turn ugly which was usually a signal to me that the time had come to move on. Or was it? Now that I am older I wonder if I was put in those situations to help change those environments. It has always seemed very obvious to me that life can be played one of two ways...like a competition, or like a cooperative effort. If you are playing life from a place of competition it is filled with comparing yourself to others, proving yourself, a constant state of striving for what’s next, and a need to outsmart and win no matter what the cost. This breeds emotional ups and downs. It’s all about “success”...you are happy when you win and sad or angry when you lose. Mistakes become feared and avoided. Vulnerability is seen as a weakness so relationships become strained and distant. You may end up winning, but at what cost? But if you are playing the game of life from the viewpoint that it is a cooperative effort you are going to see how each individual contributes to the whole, how your gifts are wanted and needed by others, how by contributing your gifts you can help lift everyone to a higher possibility, that surrounding yourself with people who are smarter than you is the best way to learn and grow, and that the easiest for you to win is to help others win too. This breeds emotional contentment. It’s all about being helpful...you are either focused in on helping yourself or focused out on helping others; the more balanced you are, the more content you will be. Mistakes become celebrated as an opportunity to learn and grow with the help of others. Vulnerability becomes your strength as it fortifies relationships by allowing others to be helpful to you. Everyone ends up winning. When I was younger I felt like maybe I was the only one who saw the world this way and now I wish more people could see it this way because their lives would be so much more peaceful. And that’s why I am sharing it here with you today. I’d love to hear your thoughts…? With love & light, Keli ![]() Potential...such an interesting word. It can stop you in your tracks making you wonder, “Have I fulfilled my potential?” Or it can stop you in horror when you recognize you’ve fulfilled someone else’s vision of your potential yet you feel completely empty and lost. How do you recognize your potential? It is that dream that fills your heart, that desire that calls your soul forward. This is the deal with those dreams and desires...they are your soul’s way of calling you forward towards your heaven on earth. You can listen to them and move forward towards experiencing complete fulfillment OR you can choose to not listen and live a life that has you constantly feeling like something is missing. And it is. We are each born with the potential to become anything we want to be in this world. But there are a few things that get in the way of that happening… The first problem is when you are born to parents who have a clear vision for who they want you to be. It doesn’t really matter who you came here to be. All that matters to them is that you follow the path that they set you on. The problem with this is that you can’t fulfill someone else’s potential for them, and that’s exactly what these parents are trying to do- have you live the life they wish they had chosen for themselves. But that is not your job. Your job is to live the life you wish for yourself to the fullest! The second problem can arise when you are multi-talented and other people tell you what you “should” be doing. “Oh my goodness! You are so good with numbers! You should be an accountant!” And you think to yourself, yeah they are right. I am really good with numbers. Maybe an accountant is what I should be. And you cast away your hopes and dreams of being an actor and bringing the words of famous playwrights to life and helping the audiences feel the emotional depth of the characters you would play. But your job is not to do what you are good at, it is to do what you LOVE! A third problem is when you let your fear become bigger than your purpose. In other words, playing it safe becomes your priority over fulfilling your potential. This happens so often. Your heart has always called you towards your soulmate yet over and over again you end up with partners that seem to be intent on ripping out your heart! You have been heartbroken, devastated, and have even begun to question if perhaps you are unlovable. And so you have begun to build walls around your heart to keep the pain away...but that very same process is keeping love out. But your job is not to shrink away from what scares you but to feel the fear and do it anyway! Your spirit is simply seeking to fulfill its highest potential as YOU...the incredibly unique and wondrous being that only you can be. Are you fulfilling that potential…? If the answer is no...I can help. Schedule an Appointment If the answer is yes...are you interested in helping others fulfill their potential? Please let me know as I am looking to expand my team of coaches. With love & light, Keli ![]() In 2008, in our very first A Course in Miracles class, we began our journey by asking ourselves what was our intention for being part of this work. I remember telling my beloved friend Grace (who I had just met at that point) that what I really wanted more than anything was heaven on earth. And even though I had no idea what that meant or what it would end up looking like, it was absolutely my soul’s truth. Grace and I still meet weekly for A Course in Miracles and I am still working on my heaven on earth… You see in the beginning it was all about what I wanted to create, and I created it. Then it was about who I wanted to be, and I became it. Next was about what I wanted to do, and I did it. And then about what I wanted to have, and I have it. Nowadays it is about what I want to experience, and I am happy to say that most days I experience it. This process has taken me years of dedication. But it is because of all that time and all that work that I was able to figure out how to help you more efficiently so that you don’t have to spend tens of thousands of dollars and decades of your life trying to figure out how to live a life of sustained peace, love, joy, and enlightenment. Actually, that has become my heaven on earth...teaching others to create their heaven on earth and then teaching those who want to coach others in creating their heaven on earth. This consciousness is expanding and I am most grateful to be part of it. When I started out in the field of metaphysics in the late 1980s I would attend classes once a week with incredibly inspirational teachers and mentors. I would leave the classes feeling amazing but by the time class rolled around the following week, I felt like I really “needed” it because I was depleted, exhausted, and miserable once again. But after class, I was inspired and encouraged all over again! I stayed on this rollercoaster for many years even though I had a strong spiritual practice each day. The problem wasn’t in reaching the higher states of consciousness, it was in sustaining them! But then during the dark days of quarantine during Covid-19, I sat down and channeled this beautiful program called Inward Bound. The beauty of the program is that instead of people meeting up once a week they were being immersed in the work for an eight-week period with miraculous results. I was watching shy insecure women become powerful leaders, seeing women who had no idea what they wanted to do with their lives find their passion and move forward towards their dreams, and watching all of my clients become healthier and more vibrantly energetic every day. The funny thing is that my clients used to pay me $95 per hour weekly over years of working together to get the same results my clients are now getting in eight short weeks for a fraction of the cost. And it’s because I am guiding them through a structured program that builds upon itself each week. They are working through the online course materials, attending weekly group sessions, having individual coaching sessions every week, and connecting with their team daily. Everything works together synergistically to support you in moving forward into your happily ever after at lightning speed...if you do the work. I’m not your fairy godmother and I don’t have a magic wand so I can’t do your work for you. But I can help you enjoy the process and feel loved and supported along the way. My question to you is...are you going to wait until you die to experience your heaven, or are you ready to do that right here and now? The choice is yours… If you think you are ready…sign up now for the Inward Bound Program. There are a couple of different payment options so you can select the one that works best for you. And if you’d like to talk with me first before making your decision, schedule a Discovery Call. It’s an hour-long session to help you discover what your heaven looks like, a plan to help you create it, and an opportunity for you to experience what it’s like to work with me. You really do deserve to be enjoying your heaven on earth. Right here. Right now. With love & light, Keli PS- Please leave a comment below with the one area of your life that could most use a heavenly makeover... ![]() I found out this morning that one of my favorite neighbors has died from Covid. He was a teacher to elementary school kids, had a little dog named Tobie, and was always quick to smile and wave hello when we saw each other when out walking our dogs or grocery shopping in Publix. To be honest I feel happy for him because he gets to be in heaven. I look forward to the day when I too will be complete here and ready to go on to my what’s next. Who I really feel sorry for and worry about is Tobie. He’s an older dog who is kind of bossy and gruff but I’m sure he must be broken-hearted and confused at the loss of his beloved human. And I worry about myself because this has really got me thinking about what if it had been me? Could I have left feeling complete? Knowing that I had said everything I needed to say? Not today my friend, not today! What about you? Have you spoken your authentic truth to those around you that you love and care for? What about to those around you who keep making the same mistake over and over again? Have you ever taken the time to share a new perspective or point of view that might actually help them? Or do you just walk away shaking your head about the stupid choices they are making? I know for myself it is a combination platter. Some days I choose from column A and share my love and light while other days I choose from column B and sit in silence. Let me tell you...I always feel better on days I choose from column A! So today I want to share a little of my own love and light with you by reminding you that you do make a difference! Your viewpoint is needed by others...even if they laugh and say that it isn’t true. It may be the very thing that they needed to hear and it will be the catalyst for great learning and change in their lives. Here’s an example: For the past 7 days I have been experiencing laryngitis. One of my girlfriends asked me if I thought my throat chakra could be closed and I laughed and said no, if anything mine is wide open and is in the process of rebalancing. I could feel that my response hurt her feelings which I never meant to do. I just thought it was an odd suggestion since I spend my life listening to spirit and transcribing what I hear. But the truth is that I don’t spend a whole lot of time speaking my “own truth” because honestly, I don’t see the value when I have so much loftier wisdom to share. BUT maybe this was God’s way of telling me that my voice does matter...through the words of my friend Schelle. And I am here to tell you that your voice matters too! So let’s get out into the world this week and say all the things we want people to know. Let’s share our love and light in our own unique and beautiful ways. Tell the people you love all the things you love about them. Tell the people you don’t like all the things you have learned from them and why you are grateful to have them in your life. And most importantly, don’t forget yourself...tell yourself (in writing on paper) all the things you love about the wonderful and amazing being that you are! So where will you begin? Please share below and tag those you love and want to remind to use their magnificent voices. Looking forward to your responses... With love & light, Keli |
