Ever wish you could find the perfect exercises that would take away all of your aches and pains, help you create abs & buns of steal, all while lulling you into a peaceful state of tranquility...? I recently had the distinct pleasure of participating in a continuing education class for my massage license that introduced me to the existence of these very exercises! And today must be your lucky day, because I am sharing them with you in today's KeliTV episode. So throw on some comfy clothes, and grab a mat or a towel, because you are about to experience some wholebody movement magic! Don't you love it??? I have been spending about fifteen to twenty minutes daily playing with these movements and the results have been phenomenal. I even notice on days when I've been sitting for a long time, my body wants to do a second set of the movements!

This week I encourage those of you that are parents to objectively look at your parenting style to determine if you are nurturing your children for who they are, or trying to turn them into who you think they should be. Remember...they are perfect exactly as God created them, all you have to do is love and accept them for the amazing gifts that they are.
