No doubt about it...there is lots of chaos all around us, and if you are empathic you probably are feeling it much more intensely than the people around you. Sudden bursts of anger, frustration, and tears can be a sure sign that you are reacting to other people's energy. There are so many ways to make a difference. Find one that resonates with you and do it! And whatever you decide, please make time to go outside, take off your shoes and walk barefoot through the grass. Spring is here...and things are blooming! And although it is one of my favorite times of the year with the beautiful artistry of flowers awakening to their beauty, and the mesmerizing joyful noise of birds finding their voice, it can also be a bit challenging health wise. One question that has presented itself a few times this week is about dealing with allergies, and the other has to do with liver cleanses. This week's KeliTV episode will address both. We often hear that spring is the time for cleaning, but I look at it as a time for letting go of things that no longer serve us. It may be addictions, jobs, relationships, or just "stuff"...but if it isn't lifting you up and adding joy to your life, it's the perfect time to let it go. Remember that allergies are just a symptom of your inability to harmonize with your environment. When you choose to live your life in alignment with the higher vibratory patterns of love, the lower patterns of fear will become intolerable and need to be released.
Physically it is the time for a Clean Start Cleanse to help the colon and kidneys do their spring cleaning, and to support the liver and gallbladder, the Hepatic System Pack is perfect. It is also a wonderful time to begin that exercise program you've been putting off. Get outside for a nice long walk, and enjoy the beauty of nature.
